Basic eligibility requirements to enter and win include:

• You must be at least 16 years of age.

• You must reside in Memphis, Tennessee, or surrounding areas in the Midsouth.

• You must be expecting a newborn or have a baby under three months old at the time of entry.

• You must be willing to drive to our clinical site in Memphis, TN.

• AVIATI Healthcare, LLC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
